- Art professor and artist Lucy Puls uses castoffs, found objects and materiality to examine unsettling questions of value and disposability in a time of economic and social anxiety.
- Learn how UC Davis has given new life to campus-grown fallen trees by repurposing them into benches in the Arboretum’s GATEway Garden, Pollinator Garden and Hunt Hall’s redwood deck.
- Start your engines! Get into the driver’s seat with Brandon Annuzzi, the museum’s building manager. Watch his YouTube tutorial, Build It With Brandon, as he revs up and shows you how to turn a toilet paper tube into a racecar.
- Sculptor Robert Hudson considers his collection of old objects, rusted cans and broken glass culled from junkyards and garage sales “almost like paint.” Step inside his studio with this video from the Smithsonian American Art Museum.
