Wednesday Night Wine Flight—European Holiday Traditions. In Italy, the Feast of the Seven Fishes is likely to be accompanied by a crisp pinot grigio. In Spain, your holiday meal of jamon, queso y chorizo is likely to be accompanied by a smooth rioja.
