When hungry students, faculty and staff return to campus this week, the ASUCD Coffee House and Dining Services will be ready for them.
Coffee House construction wrapping up
At the CoHo, a construction project to add new work areas for ASUCD staffers and an expanded outdoor patio is nearly complete, with just furniture remaining.
The student-run eatery is also adding a few new offerings this fall:
- A new Mediterranean inspired build-you-own salad option at The Chickpea
- A baked potato bar at Cooks
- An updated pasta bar and “CoHome-made” garlic Parmesan dough knots at Ciao
- Ramen at Mandalay Express
- Gluten-free additions at Deli and Ciao
Dining Services back up and running
As of this writing, all of Dining Services’ eateries have reopened for the fall quarter, and several have added new menu items.
The Gunrock will add:
- Fried brussel sprouts
- A falafel and hummus plate
- Cheesecake and lava cake desserts

Meanwhile, Spokes will add a new early-morning menu item: Tail Whip Breakfast Sandwich, which includes turkey sausage, egg, cheese and chipotle mayo served on a biscuit. Want breakfast for every meal? Spokes is serving breakfast all day now through Oct. 9.
Latitude Market has added a ramen bar, featuring traditional ramen, sesame balls, gyoza, shishito peppers and more. Available ramen varieties include tonkatsu (pork), shoyu (soy sauce), shio (clear broth) and vegan miso.
The market has also added new drinks: boba milk tea, tea fusions, frosted fruit, craft refreshers and more.

Peet’s fall drinks
Peet’s Coffee locations around campus are offering fall drinks now through Nov. 3, including pumpkin spice latte, pumpkin chai latte, pumpkin cold brew, pumpkin matcha, sparkling energy green apple and protein smoothie caramel apple. The fall drinks will be 25% off Oct. 12-16.
YoloBerry lowers pricing
YoloBerry is responding to campus feedback by lowering its prices to make its menu more affordable.

Dining Services is offering a number of limited-time dishes:
Triathlete Greek Salad at The Gunrock (Romaine, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, tomato, chickpea croutons, pepperoncini, feta, two-piece falafel and red-wine vinaigrette), available through Dec. 11.
Miso Fish Sando at The Gunrock (Fried cod, spring mix, red onion, furikake mayo and spicy miso dressing on a brioche bun), available through Oct. 9.
Teriyaki Burger at Spokes (Beef patty, pineapple slaw and sweet soy garlic sauce on a potato bun), available through Dec. 11.
Matcha Green Tea Shake at Spokes (Matcha green tea ice cream, taro coconut cream and whipped cream, milk), available through Dec. 11.
